Claypot Chicken Rice (0)

Another day off. Got all planned to make Claypot Chicken Rice. Got the recipes from Natasha and went to Great Wall Supermart yesterday to stocked up some ingredients. I was so excited that i didn’t sleep well last night coz i dreamt about it the whole night and about work too.

Cook the rice with Shitake Mushroom Stock, Soy Sauce, Salt and Garlic Oil.
I used this bowl to steam my ‘Claypot’ Rice.
Coz i got no claypot and my rice cooker is too small.

Prepared some sliced ginger, Shitake Mushrooms and Lap Cheong

The boyfriend waiting for dinner while studying. He’s got finals tomorrow.

Pre-marinated chicken that tasted so nice!
Garlic, Rice Wine, Starch, Oyster Sauce, Black Sauce, Chicken Stock powder.
Yummy! Tender and juicy!

Stir fry lap Cheong & Ginger

Then Mushroom

Then Chicken until half cook, and add it to the rice when the rice is almost cook.

Set it to ‘Stay Warm’ for like 15-20 minutes.

Time to eat!

So delicious!

By the way, my wisdom tooth hurts. :( Pray that it will go away please, i don’t have the money to go do surgery.

The Pancake Burger (1)

Just had a delicious lunch, probably the best steak i ever tasted, made by Wankit and shrimps! Bahahah.. Yummy!

Have to go to work super early today coz no Fiona to send me. So had McD for breakfast. It’s meal 6 on the menu! The bread, isn’t bread. It’s pancake with syrup, bacon, egg and cheese! Yummy! But McD’s coffee kinda ruin this perfect breakfast, i asked for 2 packs of sugar and they gave me 2 creamer and no sugar. Sucks! I hate cream!

Found these pictures on my phone again. Taken last Sunday when we’re on our way to Ah Ying Ah Yee’s house for Min Fun Kuih! Hehe.. Just had coffee.. That’s why so hyper, take pictures of myself.

I miss these two creatures. Emo’s like a mini lion. Peng Ee should give Emo a hair cut.

Life is good here. Something happened. I hope the family will get through this together. Things will be better. I just have to be more thrifty as i have to save for college.

I pray everything is good back home, especially my family.
