I’ve been having weird taste of music lately.. I think it’s coz of summer..

The XX is so awesome.
By the way, Eminem’s new album, Recovery, is another awesome possum album to buy. Definitely a very different style from the old Eminem, but this album is full of relationship sensitivity.
Plus, i have been listening to Norah Jones’s tracks whenever i bring the kids to the pool or to just hanging out by the beach. So relaxing.. I can sleep to Jones’s songs.. Makes me miss sipping Coffee Bean’s Swedish Berries Iced Tea at a hot evening at Jalan Wong Ah Fook. Just sitting by the busy street watching cars passing by and listening to Jazz, so nice..
I miss Fall/Winter. Summer is too hot. Makes me NEED to swim every day. If only i live by the beach..

Spring semester is going to end soon. I had learnt so many things in my TV class, not in my ESL classes of coz. :P
Anyway, here are some results of what i had learnt.. It’s the experiences that counts. I am so blessed to be able to pursue my dreams here. I really wanna thank my teammates, classmates and Prof. Jennifer Joyce for the full support in this class and all the cooperation you gave in class.

Then this is my first project EVER in this class..
I was in charge with all of the graphics and the Graphics Generator. As usual huh?
It was all really fun!
And kudos to Katie’s team for such creative and fun commercial!
This end of semester, i’m gonna produce and direct a Game Show in my college’s channel. It’s actually a dating game show. Sounds corny huh? Trying to make it a upbeat and urban game show for the county. :D Been really stressed to put everything all up together before the ‘Pilot’/production day. Wish me all the best!
I finally found where i belong. I finally found what i wanna do in future.

Spring break is finally around the corner after this week pass. Which means, it's mid term. I can't believe i came this far in college and survived in TV class with full of well experienced students but in reality, i do know more things than them. Especially when it comes to graphics and sounds and computers. I am so glad i am who i am today and i am willing to learn and build up my future in this field.
We had green screen project today as a preproduction for our live TV show that we're gonna shoot after the break, LIVE. I am really proud of myself today coz i manage to bring in the lower third graphic over the talent, with another graphics at the background. Non of the staff knows how to do it except for the students who deals with the channel. Anyway, i am really proud of my team, wanna thank all of them for all the effort.

Owh! Btw, my friends and i planned to attend functions in college for these 2 months that serves free lunch! Damn worth listening to the seminars! Today, they serves, organic pastas, salmon, grilled chicken(so tasty) and lots more.. So delicious! I know, we are so cheap.. What to do? We're international students. :D

Life goes on..
College is fun. I am having lots of fun now in my TV Class. Last Tuesday i was in the broadcasting team to broadcast our College Men & Women Championship live on our very own channel. Was pretty nervous coz it's my first time working surrounded by 100% caucasians, plus i ONLY have experience in camcorders. It's a long day job. Luckily i was based in the control room as a CG who controls the graphic. It's a great experience.
I try to keep myself busy and making friends..
John, Hiro, Taran are pretty nice people to hang out with. And i'm starting to make friends in my TV class.
I don't wanna sound like a depressing bitch, but i really miss my friend alot. I just wish she's online or in Malaysia, or somewhere around the world, talking to me or just response all of my messages. It's really hard. I think of her all the time. It must be harder for Christine, coz she's gonna be around places full of memories..
I guess when i'm all alone, this is what i can think about, after all my assignment is accomplished. I am still hurting. Deeply.
I have no inspiration of blogging anymore. I feel like all i could think about is my pain.
I'll keep this blog. I'll write when i feel i want to..

Snowmagaddeon (2)
I know i overused this 'snowmagaddeon' word on my FB and Twitter, but it's seriously the worst snow ever that happened across the East Coast.
I am glad it all happened on weekdays, coz i was so stressed over my studies coz i was suppose to have test yesterday and i was 4 chapters behind. :S Thank God schools were closed and i am safe!
So we hung out at home the whole day. Watched Nani got Red Card. Sucks!

Fiona and i bought Malibu Mango for home.. So i can drink practically ever night. I think i love drinking alcohol more than ever ever since i came to USA. I drink after work, i drink at home. :D I prefer liquor here more, i think i prefer drinking cocktails. I know

Am i outdated or what? Coz i just found out Michelle Branch's got a new song that was featured in The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants 2. Is it hard to download that movie or i am just too dumb to find it? Hhaha... I loved the first one, makes me cry like a baby.
This song didn't impress me much. Still prefer the Spirit Room's songs. Sometimes i don't even know it's The Wreckers or Michelle Branch when i hear their/her song. Jessica sounds like Michelle too. Hahahha... Still love The Good Kind.

90’s Playback In Wembly (5)
Been craving to have tong sui for so long, so today decided to make some Black Glutinous Rice Dessert. Since i have the car today and stupid SSI clerk lost my duplicated certificates, i try to cheer myself up by eating dessert. So i grabbed the keys and headed out for some Black Glutinous Rice hunting. After stopping at 4 marts, finally found my Black Glutinous Rice at the 5th one. Just had some of it.. :]
Finally finish watching 最美麗的第七天 (Jui Mei Lai Dik Dai Chat Teen). I love Hong Kong Love Drama series, so sweet and relatable. I am not a fan of Korean Love Drama series, always super fucking sad and never fail to make me cry like a baby! Not to say Taiwanese Love Drama, sometimes too fake and the girls always got weird hairstyles.

Anyway, Bosco Wong and Kevin Cheng’s performance were great. I always like Bosco Wong ever since i watch the gambling drama with Michael Miu(hot old man). Other than that, Kevin Cheng's character in this drama reminds me of Wankit. Always so protective, man, sweet, romantic in their own way, tall, dark and handsome. Their love reminds me of ours.
I am in the mood for 90’s music recently. I just got the urge to download Backstreet Boys’s albums. :] Suddenly miss those years.. That is when my love for music developed. Yes, i loved POP music back then.

Everyone in Convent Primary was dancing to this song! EVERYDAY never failed to watch S Club 7 on Disney Channel.
Wish i can go back to that era. I feel so old now. There are so many more songs more i love back then, but i am not that diligent to put it all here.

I’m not a soccer person, i am just a soccer person’s girlfriend who loves her man alot and try to make an effort to understand the leagues and watch the matches.
